Many submissions will be visible on September 19

EPA is reviewing the submissions to ensure that they include EPA data, are not harmful to people's computers, etc. Once we do that, we'll post them on this site, probably by the end of the day on Monday, September 19. Starting on September 21, you can vote for your favorite app too! So please be patient and take a few apps out for a test ride...then vote!

    Hi Ethan,

    I'm noticing a discrepancy in the submission deadline. Parts of the site state the deadline is today at 8pm Eastern, while the rules state the deadline is today at 11:59pm Eastern. Which is correct?

    We're sorry about the confusion. We'll accept submissions until 11:59 PM ET on September 16, 2011. If you have trouble submitting, please send an email to greenapps@epa.gov. Thanks

    Hey Ethan,

    Why not publish *all* the submissions at the same time, instead of multiple waves?

    We post the submissions as we review them. We try to do first received, first posted. And we received some a few weeks ago.
