If an app is submitted as a student application, is it still eligible for the overall winner?

  Yes, student submissions are eligible for winner and runner-up in both the Best Overall App and the Best Student App categories. Please review the Contestant Eligibility rules (http://appsfortheenvironment.challenge.gov/rules) to ensure that submissions are eligible.
